Stephanie Jane reviewed Capturing Magick by Dean Cole (The Quentin Strange Mysteries, #2)
A good sequel
4 stars
I enjoyed returning to Quentin Strange's world for this second of the eponymous mysteries. The story starts with the standard premise of a young woman having gone missing, however it soon takes a particularly Strange direction with Quentin himself struggling against both his ghost-seeing abilities and his unexpected attraction to the mysterious Drew. Capturing Magick was a charming read. I liked Dean Cole's character creations and the bizarre atmosphere in Cricklewood.
