First I thought, oh, no, another Walkthru's like book. And it is presented that way. Carefully reading it, it reveals a strong message about student-behaviour. It is the school. It's the headteacher, the tutor, the teacher together who are in the lead when dealing with pupil behaviour. You'll have to dig for it, because this central message is hidden in a lot of practical tips and issues. It's a pity there is no single coherent big message. Would improve the book very much. But headteachers, middle-management and teacher will find something they'll learn. They wil certainly learn that an other position in school, gives a different perspective and responsabillities.
