It's a crime over forty years old, but no one was ever found guilty. Now, Rebus has his own reasons to investigate ... but it is going to set him against some very dangerous people.

Not greatly impressed

This feels very much like squeezing a little more out of a well wrung out towel. Rebus is pulled back into the action and seems able to go and do whatever he likes despite no longer being in the 'polis'. Strained my credibility. The ending seems rushed and a cop out.
