Picking this up from where I left it a while ago (ie: right at the beginning). It is a brilliant book but requires a bit of focus.

The book is reminding me to keep busy. This week was all about caring about doing the right thing, and getting to work. Our minds and bodies are meant to be active, and we should not let our fear of being judged stop us and slow us down. What's important is doing what is right because it's the right thing to do, not because of how others see us.
