Stjaerna started reading Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir
I am still surprised to find this on the Hugo Short list and wouldn't have read it otherwise, as I have shelved Weir under 'Dude Fiction' for some reason (the reason most likely being that so many dudes have told me how I can't be a sf fan without reading The Martian).
