The book's a pretty interesting take on the Thatcher years. I guess I didn't disagree with much of the opinions, but the are very much that. If you know the music, and it's a wide, but still very particular set of music it's a great way to set the period and the feeling of the times. If you don't know the history, it might be a interesting route in - or it might be infuriating.
