Schönes Jugendbuch: Überwiegend jugendliche Akteure (inklusive den Eltern als Nebenrollen) und ein gradliniger Handlungsstrang. Das ganze aus der Ich-Perspektive geschrieben, was ich persönlich sehr gerne mag - selbstverständlich auch für ältere Leser zu empfehlen.

Etwas speziell sind die teilweise längeren Ausführungen zu den Themen Kryptografie und Anonymität im Internet. Man kann diese Abschnitte auf Wunsch auch überspringen, ohne etwas von der Handlung zu verpassen. Ich finde aber, dass gerade jetzt im Zeitalter von Snowden, NSA und Co. dieses Wissen verbreitet werden sollte.

Nicht alles ist 100% aktuell, wer ein sicheres Betriebssystem wie das beschriebene "X-Net" sucht, kann sich mal "Tails" ansehen, welches nicht zuletzt von Snowden verwendet wird: tails.boum.org
