Peter Singer: Animal Liberation Now (2023, HarperCollins Publishers, Harper Perennial) No rating

I can see why this is a seminal work, but can't say I got a lot out of it. Its strengths are in it's analysis of animal testing, but its utilitarianism is frustrating and its comparative means are dubious. Also, the introduction by Yuval Noah Harari is wildly bad in a way that makes pop evolutionary pshycologists look even more absurd than usual.
