habe mich ehrlich gesagt eher durchgequält. es gab genug interessante info, um bis zum ende dran zu bleiben. aber auch sehr viel wiederholungen (am ende jedes kapitels einen "was tun" teil, der eigentlich alles noch mal viel zu langatmig sagt) und auch sehr viel das ich schon wusste. evtl. bin ich einfach nicht die zielgruppe.

ein langes gedicht mit mehreren anhängen. ich lese nicht viel lyrik, deshalb kann ich sie schlecht rezensieren. habe viel gefühlt und möchte mir einiges merken.

this is a recording of a series of meditation classes pema chödrön gave, meant for beginners. it's all about shamatha meditation, and most of it is with the breath as a meditation object. for me it was quite easy to follow along, and i really liked her voice and humor. there was much food for thought, but most importantly many practical things that help with meditation. the ones i've tried out have proven quite helpful and nice. recommend :)

loved it! even better than the first book. as i said in the comments earlier, this is like queer asian game of thrones. the audiobook narration was one of the best performances i've ever listened to. a+

hab viel über den indischen unabhängigkeitskampf gelernt. witzig geschrieben (mag mithu sanyals humor sehr), aber etwas langatmig und von der krimi-handlung war ich nicht so überzeugt.
